Procurement FAQ

Do you accept POs?

Yes. Submit your district's PO to [email protected] and we'll process the order against it. Net-30 standard; longer terms available for established districts.

Are you on any preferred-vendor lists?

We're a small publisher and not currently on Sourcewell, NASPO, or BoardDocs. We can quote in advance and provide a W-9 on request. If your district requires us to be on a specific list, let us know what list — we can usually apply within a couple of weeks.

Can you provide standards-alignment documentation for our state?

Yes. Texas TEKS and Virginia CTE 8910 mappings are built in. For other states (Florida FACS, Ohio OACTE, California CTE Model Curriculum, etc.) we'll send a free custom crosswalk PDF within 24 hours — included with any school-license tier.

What about student data privacy?

Students join with first name + last name + a 4-digit PIN — no email, no parent info, no SSO required. We don't sell or share any student data, ever. SOC 2 not yet, but we can sign a DPA (data processing agreement) on request before any district contract.

Can teachers see the curriculum before we buy?

Yes. Free Sectional Chart Practice activity (no credit card), or browse the individual products on TPT at $10-$17 each. Teachers who've used the TPT versions and want to scale to a building/district contact us for the site license.

Request a district quote

Tell us about your district. We'll send a custom quote + standards crosswalk + onboarding plan within 24 hours.

For the rest — district name, buildings, teacher count, timeline — just shoot us an email at [email protected] after you submit this, or reply to our intake email and we'll take it from there.
